Cancellation:
You may cancel future renewals at any time through your membership or account page. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in a refund for prior charges.
Trials & Introductory Offers:
If you received a free trial or discounted introductory offer, standard pricing will begin at the end of the trial or promotional period unless you cancel before it ends.
Digital Goods & Services
All digital goods, downloads, credits, boosts, virtual currency, or access-based services are non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered or made accessible to your account.
Events & Bookings
All tickets, reservations, and event-related fees are non-refundable.
If an event is canceled or materially rescheduled by us, your sole remedy is, at our discretion:
